Our team
RideBack is a team of specialised technicians.
Nabil, with his background in car breakdown repair, can tell you the main cause of a problem by sound, touch or smell — sometimes at first glance. Tyres, mechanics, hydraulics: it's child's play for him, and he could almost do it with his eyes closed! Here since the very beginning and nicknamed "the veteran", with him it's all about "experience talking".
Chris is probably the most versatile member of the team. Young and dynamic, he found his place thanks to fast on-the-job learning, curiosity and commitment. If anyone is going to remember an important detail about your repair and pass it on to the rest of the team, count on him! Above all he is passionate: with his friends, colleagues and people across the industry, he has been immersed in the two-wheel world for years, which keeps him up to date on the latest products and gives him the best user tips after comparing everyone's opinions.
Gary is the workshop's third pair of hands, always ready to help. A daily PEV rider from the very start, he went straight for the first "serious" vehicles of the time, which quickly led him to maintain them himself. With a solid background in metalwork, welding and general mechanics, he naturally moved into the workshop to do his own servicing, and quickly shared his added value with everyone: technical vocabulary, an eye for detail, and knowledge of the structure, strength and composition of materials. That's his favourite language when he advises you, always with a smile and good humour.
